This Four Week Certification Skills Workshop builds and empowers the participant with a knowledge framework covering most of the multi-discipline aspects the relevant professional must know and take into consideration when performing Operational and Strategic Work processes. This Four Week Certification Skills Workshop covers the Relevant Body of Knowledge Aspects, Regulatory Aspects, Good Practices, Benchmarked Best Practices, Strategic Aspects, Innovation Trends, Internal & External Customer Needs & Expectations, Process Automation, Performance Measurement, Audit Aspects, and, Real Time Data Analytics & Business Intelligence Opportunities.
This Four Week Certification Skills Workshop is uniquely designed and intended to provide the required Competency Knowledge and Skills to all relevant Professionals, Coordinators, Team Members, Consultants and Managers. For less experienced participants the program will serve to make them effective and productive quickly and enable them to utilize organizational mentoring and internal resources effectively and efficiently. For more experienced staff the program serves to: refresh their knowledge, reorient them towards good and best practices, makes them customer focus, makes them align part of their efforts towards strategic focused Improvements, enable them to understand the requirements and capabilities of a relevant knowledge system to support their domain processes, and, make them familiar with the new technologies and methods.
This Four Week Certification Skills Workshop can be used to train implementation teams together - when a new relevant improvement project or strategic initiative is being started in your department, business unit or organization; when a new strategic focus is being initiated; or just prior to hiring a consultant to advise the organization on new Initiatives, Systems and Improvements.

Team Nominations : Team Nominations (training teams): If the post program objective is to Assign the Participants to Roles that require (any of): Implement Changes requiring Establishing Teams, Work on New Projects, eEnable Existing Processes, Implementing a Data Analytic Project, Building a Knowledge System, Building a Quality Assured System, Adopting and/or Implementing ISO9001 or other Industry Standards, Setting-up KPI's or Service Level Agreements (SLA's), Setting up a Balanced Score Card System, Setting Up an Early Warning System... it is recommended that the organization nominate at least two participants together for this program. This will help the participants create a Critical Mass for the Change and support each other during such implementations.

Certificate of attendance is awarded to all Participants and on payment of Program Fees. Further, if you appear for the Certification Test and on your successfully passing the Test and on instructor favorable assessment you will be Certified as an Industry Professional. The decision of Euro Training Global Limited will be final in determining if you have Acquired the required competency to be Certified as such a Professional. Should you fail to get Certified the instructor may recommend further study (or training program) before a redetermination may be made regarding your Certification. Professional Certifications are valid for 5 years.
