PR Function is Changing in this increasingly Connected World. New Challenges are Emerging. The All Important Organization Message to the World, Its Image and its Reputition is Monitored and Managed by the Public Relations Function. Social Media has Increased the Scope and Size of the Data to be Monitored by the PR Function. This program provides skills and competencies in Leveraging Big Data Analytics and Business Intelligence to Achieve Public Relations Objectives in a Timely and Proactively Manner. Organization's Message, Image and Reputition needs to be Communicated, Awareness Created and Understood by the Stakeholders. Program will provide understanding of the processes for Image and Reputition in this new age. This program provides a step-by-step understanding of Public Relations and Organization’s Social Media Challenge, Image and Reputition Management through Big Data Analytics.
Program will cover Understanding the Image and Reputition Processes, Social Media Impact on Public Relation Role, Automated Monitoring and Collecting of Public Relations Relevant Data; Structured/Semi-structured/Unstructured Data; Extracting Useful Data from the Raw Data; Issues in Cleaning and Organizing the Data; Classification and Segmentation of the Data; Applying the Data to Public Relations Decision Models; Gaining Insight from the Data; Presenting the Data on Dashboards and Gaining Decision Insights from the Data; and, Automated and Semi Automated Public Relation Actions Initiated to Achieve PR Objectives and Targets.
Participants will gain a Unique Multidiscipline Understanding of PR New Challenges through Real Business Case Studies, Solutions to Current Business Problems and Opportunities; and, a comprehensive Modern Public Relations Big Data Methodology leading to a Robust PR Function. This program will also discuss the Data Analytic Insight into Organization's Existing Public Relations and Marketing Activities by Industry Specific Sector and Segments. Program will discuss the Internal Channels, Shared Channels, External Channels and including Social Media Channels for Message Exposure, Message Awareness, Message Understanding, Stakeholder Feedback, Stakeholder Preferences, Customer/Stakeholder Behavioural Outcomes.
