  1. Operational Auditing or Management Analysis is the methodology is used to evaluate the true unbiased performance effectiveness and efficiency of the DCS Plant.

    Every organization has a Vision and Mission as a direction it wishes to persue in the long term. From this Vision and Mission we derive and agree the Strategies we will persue. These Strategies are converted into a 5 year Strategic Plan to achieve the 5 year End State.

    Every business unit in the organization needs to focus towards this end state (and build its own 5 year strategic plan)and take up projects to help the organization meet this target. Developing such a plan for the DCS Plant and Working towards it constitutes your evidence of Strategic Alignment.
  2. This program will provide you the understanding, skills and competencies to identify your Strategic Alignment Activities and Measure your Performance and Progress towards them.

    Similarly every organization recognizes that it is in business, and will stay in business if it stays Customer Focused. The program will explain how to identify Customer Focus Tasks, Processes and Strategies, and, how to measure performance against these.

  4. Accommodation is not included in Program fee. Special rates will be available at venue hotel for the class room training program participants.
  5. Special discount of 10% is offered for participants who pay their fees at least 45 days before start of the program.
  6. Refund will not be considered where the participants cancels his registration less than 3 weeks before start of the program. Alternate nominations will be allowed anytime before program start. In case of exceptional hardship or emergency participant may be allowed to attend at another location.
