This Program builds Skill & Competency in Power Plant Performance Evaluation and Operational Audit. This program provides Knowledge, Skills, Competencies and Management Processes for Efficient, Effective and Optimized Operational Auditing of Power Generation Facilities. This program will also cover Power Plant Functional Audits and Special Audits. Participant will learn about the Good and Best Practices for Audit Processes. Participant will also learn about some Best Practices in Power Plant Performance and Operational Audit as Obtained from Benchmarking with Leading Global Power Plants. Participant will gain a Multi Discipline, Multi Stakeholder Viewpoint based Operational Audit understanding enabling him to Identify and Propose Improvement Recommendations that have a very high probability of acceptance by the Auditee and Management.
Performance Evaluation and Audit will be conducted against the Subscribed Industry Standards, Organizational Policy, Auditee Strategic Objectives, Operational Strategies and Plans, Operational Targets, Standard Operating Procedures, Work Controls, Good Practices, Best Practices, benchmarking with leading organizations worldwide. Participant Auditor will also understand Power Plant Data Analytic Systems that provides the Stakeholders adequate timely interpretation of Power Plant Operational Data, and relevant data of external origin, for Timely Proactive Management Decisions and Intervention.
This program starts by providing the participant the Power Plant Operational Performance & Audit Fundamental Technologies, Operational Performance & Audit Foundational Methodologies, Operational Performance & Audit Work Process Knowledge, Power Plant Operational Performance & Audit Usual Problems and Solutions.

Team Nominations : Team Nominations (training teams): If the post program objective is to Assign the Participants to Roles that require (any of): Implement Changes requiring Establishing Teams, Work on New Projects, eEnable Existing Processes, Implementing a Relevant Data Analytic Project, Building a Knowledge System, Building a Quality Assured System, Adopting and/or Implementing ISO9001 or other Industry Standards, Setting-up KPI's or Service Level Agreements (SLA's), Setting up a Balanced Score Card System, Setting Up an Early Warning System... it is recommended that the organization nominate at least two participants together for this program. This will help the participants create a Critical Mass for the Change and support each other during such implementations.

On successful passing the Test and on instructor favorable personal assessment you will be Certified as a Relevant Industry Professional. The decision of Euro Training Limited will be final in determining if you have Acquired the required competency to be Certified as such a Professional. Should you fail to get Certified the instructor may recommend further training or study before a redetermination may be made regarding your Certification.
