The participant will use this competency to help suggest ideas to improve the organizational Strategies, Mission and Vision. Further, this Business Unit Leadership program will provide the Manager the Process Roadmap to become a Leader and gain a Legacy for himself. During this program the participant will understand and appreciate the behavioral and competency changes he needs to develop to become a recognized leader in his organization or department or team.

Special discount of 10% is offered for participants who pay their fees at least 45 days before start of the program.
Refund will not be considered where the participant cancels his registration less than 3 weeks before start of the program. Alternate nominations may be allowed atleast 2 weeks before program start.
