This program will Build Knowledge and Contract Administration Processes in Turnkey Contract Conditions from professional organizations, and provide necessary skills to customize them for your projects.
This Competency program will also provide the skills and methodology to benchmarking your standard contracts with these International Best Practice Contract Documents. This Work Processes Good and Best Practices program provides the participant the knowledge, drafting samples and practical skills to Effectively ensure the good and best practices are built into their Planning and the drafting of Turnkey and EPC Contracts.
