  1. Effective Project Manager Performance requires the understanding of many interrelated project disciplines as they impact successful completion of projects, success here means the meeting of Organizations Operational and Strategic Objectives. These disciplines include: Understanding the Project Scope; Integrating the Efforts towards Project Completion; Understanding Project Customers and Stakeholders and meeting their needs and expectations; Planning, Scheduling and Fast Tracking the Project Activities where Required; Risk Planning and Management; Revising the project Plans; Quality Assurance and Quality Control of Project Products; Managing Resource Deployment between Competing Tasks & Priorities; Estimating, Cost Control and Value Engineering; Procurement Value Engineering and Management; Interim & Final Payment Calculation and Invoicing; Administering the Contract; Claims Preparation, Negotiation & Management; Managing-Communications with Project Professionals and other Project Stakeholders; and, Aligning Project Objectives to Organizational Strategic Objectives.
  2. Construction project management involves the planning, coordination, and control of a project from inception to completion. The goal is to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.
