Pipelines are the most cost effective method to transporting natural gas and petroleum by pipelines. Even undersea pipelines where technically feasible or economical as compared to Tankers and liquefied natural gas LNG transport.
Pipelines are usually required by law to be shared between different producers, or, the pipeline owner may be an independent company transporting petroleum for various customers to different delivery points. Government usually regulates petroleum and gas transport charges and other conditions through a regulatory authority.
This Training will provide the participant detailed understanding of the Contractual Risks and Contract Clauses that are put in place to handle all the above-mentioned problems, and to ensure the interests of all the parties to the contract are adequately protected.
This program will also cover good and best practices for monitoring, reporting, contract administration, and, management processes and practices put in place to resolve payments and other disputes.
Program will create understanding and QA plans for complying with the requirements of International Technical Petroleum Pipeline Standards and Local Standards.

Program Fee is
4 week Duration

(2) At London, US Locations, Europe, Malaysia, Singapore £15,389 (USD $19,580) per participant.

Accommodation is not included in Program fee. Special rates may be available at venue hotel for program participants.
Special discount of 10% is offered for participants who pay their fees at least 45 days before start of the program.
Refund will not be considered where the participant cancels his registration less than 3 weeks before start of the program. Alternate nominations may be allowed atleast 2 weeks before program start. In case of exceptional hardship or emergency participant may be allowed to attend at another location on payment of additional 10% of the Fee.
All participants are required to fill in Participant Information Form and a Program Induction Form - on first day of the program. Each program may Undergoe Customization to Better Meet Participant Groups Present and Future Career Needs.
